The goal is to clarify what happens with clients’ information during and after the time they are clients.
In addition to the data collected in the Vizibl service, throughout implementation and the lifecycle of your contract with us, you will be asked to share many different types of information, including but not limited to:

Non-Personal Data
We will keep any data shared with us for a period of 3 years after the termination of our Service Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the Service Agreement.
Personal Data
Our definition of minimal Personal Identifiable data = name + email address or name + email address + avatar (picture of the person).
Based on this definition, we will retain user data (fits the above definition) for a maximum of 6 months after the termination of the Service Agreement unless otherwise agreed.
With regard to personal data that might be contained in any part of the system other than users/logins, we are merely the processor, and this means that rules determined by the Controller apply and need to be complied with by the Controller.
Disposal
Disposal happens at the end of the retention periods described above.
Application data may be transferred outside the UK and EU, and for Europe they might be transferred to the UK.
Information shared with us needs to be shared via the secure Vizibl platform. When we share information with you, we will primarily share via the Vizibl platform.
We do not consider email as a secure method of data transfer.
However, if you decide to share info relevant to the service via email, this will be considered as an approval for Vizibl to also use email as an approved method of data transfer.
